Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CuriousTech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

CuriousTech provides web development services including but not limited to website design, development, hosting setup, and maintenance. We commit to delivering projects within the agreed timeline, typically 7 days from project initiation.

3. Project Timeline

Our standard delivery timeline is 7 days from the date of project confirmation and receipt of all required materials. This timeline may be extended if:

• Required content or materials are not provided on time
• Significant scope changes are requested
• Technical issues beyond our control arise
• Client feedback and approvals are delayed

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. However, CuriousTech retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Revisions

Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. Major scope changes will require a new project agreement and additional fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, images, and materials
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
• Maintaining their hosting and domain services

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties beyond those explicitly stated in our agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

CuriousTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
